Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.  Some products, such as our looms and special order handwoven items, may run up to two weeks.  We love to do special orders, especially blankets and shawls, but please remember to order well in advance of your occasion.

We offer the following shipping methods:  Standard UPS Ground

Shipping costs:
Total Purchase, up to $20, add $5 for shipping
Total Purchase, $20.01 to $50, add $10 for shipping
Total Purchase, $50.01  and above, shipping will be calculated



We only ship within the continental United States.



Returns:

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.  However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to know.

All requests for returns of merchandise must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of merchandise in order to receive a refund.  Any requests to return merchandise after this time will result in credit only.

We must be notified of damaged merchandise within three (3) business days.  Any requests to return damaged merchandise after that date will result in credit for replacement only.  Any return of damaged merchandise to our location will be paid for by R Ewe Spinning.

Cancellation of an order must be done within 24 hours of your order.
